MY FIRST DETOXIFICATION

A letter to friends who want to pursue great health - from Ong Hock Siew

THE FIRST DAY – THE “DUMMY” MOVES

1...A journey into the uncertain
I don’t think I will forget yesterday evening (Monday, 16 February 2009). My hands were clammy, my heart was beating fast and I had this sense of heightened excitement as I made preparation for what was to come the next day.

2…A first experience with Enemas
You probably might think that I was going for a big event or attending my daughter’s wedding or going for an exciting second honeymoon with my wife. But it was none of these things. It was my first real Detoxification via the “back-end”. “Back-end you say?” Yes, back-end it is and I could only approach it with fear and trepidation. Yes, this is my first encounter with Enema and she is not a lady!

3…Beginning with a confession
Time for confession!! Over the years, whenever I heard of New Life and Dr Lynn Tan, I always thought of the “backside” and I used to make fun of her methods telling our common friends that coffee is made for consumption from the front-end and if it was destined for the back-end, the ‘bum’ should change places with the mouth.

ARTICLE 7 - THE MOST DOUBTS WHEN THE GOAL IS NEAREST

It has always been the case and it will always be the case. When we get closest to the goal and the objective, the doubts will surface the strongest. People are built that way and the skepticism always becomes an unnecessary barrier to the final progress.

RUNNING OUT THE FRUSTRATION AND UNHAPPINESS

Last night, I was still at my computer past midnight when Chong Lu appeared and we had a brief chat. She exclaimed surprise at my presence at that unearthly hour. My response was that it has become a routine for me. Networkers who want to catch me for a chat or two can usually do so after midnight.

Imagine waking up this morning at 7-00 am reluctantly and dragging myself to the closet to get ready for my morning run on the treadmill. As I walked out the door, I told myself that 20 minutes today should be enough. No one was at the gym so I did my usual warm-ups and started at a walking pace. The day at work before had been really frustrating and I just had to run out my bad vibes. When you are unhappy, go for a run. It is the best antidote and it will force out all the unhappy feelings.

GOING BEYOND THE PAIN BARRIER

I ran past the first 10 minutes and I had this great feeling of just being thankful for the privilege of being able to run like this. I thanked God for his blessing on me on health and I started to count my many blessings. My second daughter who had news that she was pregnant two weeks ago was admitted last night to hospital after she had vomited out blood. I just thanked God for keeping her still in reasonable health and I prayed for her unborn baby – that the baby will be unaffected by the problem.

As the minutes went ticking by, I saw 30 minutes come and go. I knew this morning I had to try something more. For the past few years, I have not gone past an hour of continuous running at speed. I decided there that I will do 70 minutes this morning and I will complete it however tired I got. It would be about 9 kilometres of running by my simple estimate. What a feeling it was when I made the decision. I knew something had happened deep inside of me when I decided on the magical 70 minutes. It is like many of you taking the decision to go big at the Leaders’ Challenge – something had happened deep inside of you and you have to make your involvement a success.

When I hit past 50 minutes, the pain started to come. This was where I usually stopped and now it was a new exciting phase for me. Every part of me told my body to give up. Time and again, I was tempted to just slow down and stop. The 58 minutes came up and I knew I was hitting past 1 hour. A rush of adrenalin came to my body and suddenly I felt rejuvenated again. Then the 60 minute mark was passed. 62 minutes, 63 minutes, 64 minutes, 65 minutes all came and went. I suddenly felt my hamstrings tighten and then the doubts came again and again. How true it is when the goals come nearest that all the doubts will surface strongest. To beat the pain barrier, I had to first crush all these doubts and that was what I did. I steeled up my body for more pain and I just pressed on.

WHAT HAPPINESS WHEN THE GOAL IS REACHED

At 68 minutes, I knew I had the victory in sight. I knew then for sure that I would make 70 minutes. The feeling of adulation and the will to overcome made it all worthwhile. As I stepped down from the treadmill after the warm down exercises, I knew then that the victories in our lives are won only if we can stay through the times of doubts and uncertainties. The final lap in any journey is usually the key. How many people have given up when they should have walked the few more steps to the ‘big’ moments in their lives? How sad when this happens again and again to people who should otherwise have succeeded.

THE TROUBLE WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE THE SMARTER ONES

The problem is we think we have all the answers. In MLM as in sports and exercise, our answers are probably the wrong ones most of the time. If we had the right answers, we would not be playing all the wrong strokes. The smarter ones decide on the basis of external stimuli – what they see and what they hear. It is a bit like climbing Mount Kinabalu. In 53 climbs that I have made over the years, I have seen the smart ones give up because they could not see the way ahead. They wanted always to know what lies at the next turn. Talk to them about faith and belief and they cannot visualize it. Essentially these are the smart but insecure characters. Stay far away from them.

The presence of faith is something that has to do with the unseen. If it can be seen and felt and heard, it is no longer an exercise of faith. When you climb Mt Kinabalu, you just have to keep going on and that is how the objectives are reached. I wish every one of you can climb that great mountain with me and get a glimpse of what it is like to succeed when the path is no longer clear. Discipline is everything in success endeavors and the determination to keep going on when the odds are heavy separates the successes from the failures.

A DOG RETURNS TO ITS VOMIT

We cannot be nostalgic and wish for the good old days. Life doesn’t function like this. It is all about moving on to the new things and the new platforms. There will always be risks in new things and new ventures. There will always need to be new investment with new directions. You cannot avoid this. We should stop wishing for the good old days to come again because it won’t be happening. Let go of foolish thinking if you want to see real progress. I have no desire to go back to my old days – none at all. I am looking forward to the coming days and to see what good things will happen for me. Let us stop thinking of going back to the good old days and now get ready for new goals, new targets, new objectives, new aims. As for my health, I am prepared to plant new seeds for my new levels of health and fitness. What about you in New Life?

RISING TO THE VICTORIES THAT SHOULD AWAIT US

I am eagerly anticipating the victories that should await us. When I walked out of the Gym room this morning, there was a spring in my step. I know that I am on my way to the new beginnings in my health and fitness. I am eagerly waiting for the Mt Kinabalu climb to come along. I know when it comes that I will be fully ready for it. Will you be also ready for the New Life success that will come into your life. Will you be fully ready for it???

ARTICLE 6 - THE DIFFICULTIES OF IMPLEMENTING A COMMITMENT

Another inspiration from doing the DRP – 12 May 2009

DRP evokes unusual questions and views
I don’t know why it is this way but doing the DRP somehow brings out the really deep thoughts and hard-to-figure issues. I was doing the DRP the morning before when I was suddenly challenged with this question – “Why is it so difficult to pursue a commitment until its fruition?” I was looking for answers but could not find a clear-cut reason to explain away people’s failure to follow-through on promising beginnings until they succeed. It is all the more puzzling why people give up when they know that they can with some effort succeed really well in greaty promising ventures.

The thought of the hard work alone made turning back so easy
This morning I went for my run in the gym. When I first woke up and entertained the thought of going for an 8 km run on the tread-mill, my initial response was to skip it. After all, I had already run 8 km the morning before after doing my DRP. Thinking of the almost one hour of running that lay before me, I dreaded the thought. Anyway, I still reluctantly got up and made my way to the gym. As I started up my morning warm-ups, I just felt that the saner option was to sleep a bit longer.

Giving thanks with a grateful heart helped…..
Moving to the gym was probably what did the trick. Now that I was at its facilities, turning back would seem ludicrous. After what was a slow warm-up, I gingerly got on the machine and started walking. After the initial walk, I switched to running which would take me across the next 50 minutes. Reaching the 10 minute mark seemed to be like an eternity but I gave thanks to God for giving me health and strength. Each step that I took was a step in thanksgiving – I rejoiced because I could run with abandon and know that I could reach my benchmarks in my “health” destinations

The terrible difficulty of keeping commitments - The treadmill analogy
As the 10 minute mark passed, I felt the first wave of tiredness sweep over me. I slogged on and the thought came to me about the question that I had when I was doing my DRP the morning before. “Why is it so difficult to pursue a commitment until its fruition?” My answer was right there on that machine. As I struggled past the 15 minute mark, my mind kept telling me that it was just too difficult this morning to go the whole way. It was like as if an inner voice was speaking to me with words like:

· Why go the whole way. 20 minutes would be good enough!
· Why don’t you just go back and feel comfortable in your bed?
· You can do this another time! Just relax and forget about the run
· You already did 8 km the days before. You have done enough
· You don’t have the time to go for an hour. Why don’t you just shorten your time?

As I struggled with these questions, I knew that the answer lied within. We are by nature choosers of the easy way. If we had an option, we will go downhill rather than uphill. The instant mentality has made us all to be impatient with results. People who are in such a situation will readily respond to easier options and more convenient alternatives.

It would have been so easy to make up a reasonable excuse
As I ran on, I found it harder and harder to stay running. It was so much easier to just go do something easier and something lighter. But I ran on. As the sweat drenched my body, I realized that even in New Life when all the commitments have been made, it is still much easier to make an excuse for why the goals set need not be accomplished. It is really so easy to explain away why the tough goals should be reduced and avoided.

Why it is so easy to give up
Even as I write this, I know that many IBOs who were at Gracehill Orchard Lodge (GOL) who made the big commitments would already be finding it difficult to keep their promises made to themselves. The reality of life in the plains brings with it many problems and issues. It is a reality check and a few would already tell themselves it is so reasonable to scale down their goals and targets. I could have easily run much less and still be satisfied with the distance I have run.

But no! I decided that I would not take the easy way out. I plodded on as the clock ticked away. Soon it read 35 minutes and I was so happy that I did not give up when the exercise seemed so tough. As it hit the 40 minute mark, I knew that I will achieve what I had come this morning to do. My motivation started rising high again and I pressed on with renewed hope and vigor.

It is tough to have vision because it is often easier not to see
Yes, it is tough to have a clear vision when all of your senses is telling you that it is not worth giving the kind of commitment and paying such a high price to make your dreams come true. The vision would seem so clouded and hazy at such junctures. Time and again, I have learnt to simply trust my own instincts and press on through the haze. It is when you cannot see that you should rely on your instincts and hunches and all of them should be pointed forward. In the gym this morning, I was running on reserve and yet I was sure I would make it through on the tread-mill. As I ran on past the 45 minute mark, I began to feel a new sense of energy pervade my body. I simply felt good and I knew I could see from that point on to the end.

Why is it that we don’t act even when we know that we should
I have been a great procrastinator in the past before. I always kept putting off what I should do with urgency. The reason why I kept putting off things was because I always had the right excuses for non-performance. I was a man of convenience who had the right reasons for everything that I did. When it suited me, I will work and when it did not, I will just turn away from work. Such inconsistencies are the bane of many talented people. Unfortunately people cannot break such unwanted habits.

Why do drinkers carry on – why do smokers continue smoking – why do gamblers go on & on?
When I think of how little resolve people have when they are under the influence of the wrong substances, I am appalled. Why should people continue doing things that would damage their body and affect their health. Does it make sense to me? Does it make sense to you? It doesn’t and yet people simple continue to abuse themselves. The high number of smokers despite the Government placing bans on them in most of the public places makes me wonder. People simply cannot discipline themselves. They can’t stop smoking and drinking just as they cannot help themselves going for additional helpings of food when it taste really good. It is a tragedy of great proportions but it will continue happening until health expires.

Why do we let failure just grip us so tightly – how do we break totally free!
We let failure grip us really tightly because we give it permission to do so. It is time we broke that stranglehold by declaring our intentions to ourselves. It is a reaffirmation of what we will not continue to do. The withdrawal of permission is powerful. What it means is that we will take the bold steps across. It is like stepping off the 8 feet high deck in GOL. To do it, we have to stop giving fear permission to paralyse us. Whatever negative experiences from our past can be banished and when we take the steps of breaking through to jumping and swimming, we know that we can totally turn our backs on fear. Likewise, we can free ourselves from past failure and declare that this will be a new year of release and freedom. Make that your call and see if it will not bring new dimensions of achievement for you. Do it – for yourself, your family and your ‘well-being’. God bless you!!!

ARTICLE 5 - ENEMA AGAIN

DRP-Holic at his best 03 April 2009

1…Soft launch and CK the Archeologist….
Today was our soft launch at the office and the response was great. The smart Saver campaign is off to a great start. Although we move to new things, we must never forget the old, like my good friend “Ene-Ma”. In my speech, I told the story about how CK always go for old things. When we were young, he was like an archeologist. Now I know why Dr Lynn Tan feels so secure. I see CK taking such a great interest in her that he never did before. Archeologists get more interested in things that get older and older!!!

2…A special kind of love keeps me going
I can’t imagine how tired I was. When I returned home at 8-30 pm, I just sat in my Massage chair and fell asleep instantly. I awoke thinking it was the next morning but it was actually the sms from my Grandson and my wife who is in Perth that woke me up. What a great feeling it is to feel so loved. My Grandson Daniel is just so special to me – his words of love to me give me the strength to be refreshed and to carry on.

3…From ‘slightly blue’ to ‘slightly green’
Anyway, this Ene-Ma session will not need to carry a disclaimer because I have gone from ‘slightly blue’ to ‘slightly green’. All those of you who read my last Ene-Ma or DRP-holic articles should just press ‘delete’ in your mind when you think about the exciting parts of it. Anyway, this is just to appease those who felt a little ‘upset’ about it but I remain unabashed. I am me – Ong Hock Siew!! I don’t like to pretend and I will not – you know, acting like I am a saint and walking around like “I ‘normally do’ what I like only three times a year.” I talk about my basketball a lot; about my badminton even more and I can’t stop talking about my table-tennis so why can’t I talk about one of my other passions??? Still, I think I better stay out of controversy at least for a short while….. (sigh)

4…I thought I heard some sounds….
Anyway, this is just a slight deviation. When we were in Johore Baru, CK & Lynn had the room next to us. Sean and I got round to talking much like a father giving advice to his son and it was great. I shared with him about how he could build the ‘huge’ networks if he did not allow embarrassment and the fear of rejection to restrict him. Just as we switched off the lights, I thought I heard some sounds from next door much like an Archeologist examining his “old” artefacts. Anyway I am not implying anything at all (in case I am branded ‘blue’ again and I am not really the inquisitive type). At breakfast the next morning, I thought I detected a happiness and contentment in them that seemed (well) different. Anyway like I said earlier, I am not suggesting anything – it is up to your imagination to think through what an Archeologist would do, OK? I better not go on about this because you might suddenly see a new CEO at the end of the month (old one booted out). I hope Mabel can help figure out what actually happened……

5…From CK the Archeologist to CK the motivator
What an afternoon it was at our launch! The speech by CK and the 4 stirring testimonies we had were the real highlights. I have not seen CK speak so emphatically and with so much passion. He is coming along really well as an orator ‘par-excellence’. He was definitely motivational and I think he is inspired by what he saw at the event. I only knew he had some singing ability before but now he confirms what we knew all along – that he has great potential to be a motivational speaker as well!

6…A testimony of God’s grace and mercies
Chooi Ping started the testimonies with a stirring outline of what happened when she was diagnosed with 3rd stage Nasal cancer. Her whole life came crashing down and she shared that it was only God that could have made her stoically carry on. Her recovery with New Life’s health program especially the DRP was particularly impressive. It was a great affirmation of the wonderful quality of New Life’s products. Her testimony gives hope to all cancer sufferers and the DRP should be considered by anyone who wants to have the glowing health that she currently has.

7…From multi-faceted health problems to great health
Umi was next and she further confirmed the great effects of New Life’s products on her. She had diabetes, blood disorders, health problems and to cap it all, a Tumor of the brain. Without anything more to lose, she went into new Life’s programs with gusto and her reward is what she is today – a picture of health. She really looks good and her positive outlook on life really amazes me. She brings her whole family along with her to New Life programs and her generosity of heart sees her sharing freely with all and sundry. Thank you, Umi for your ‘good’ heart.

8…A pathway to financial solutions
Irene came on next and shared with us on how her family had been so affected by the depletion of their family’s financial resources through the expenses incurred on finding cures for her illnesses. She found an answer with New Life from both the healing perspective as well as the earnings perspective. Today she is looking forward to having a 5-figure income and her remarkable ability to share with others has found her sponsoring more than 30 Smart savers in the short few days that the forms were available. She is an encouragement to everyone who is a ‘talker’ and not a ‘doer’. If they could just make a decision to talk less and do more, the results will come strongly.

9…A true embodiment of Leadership
When Stanley came in, he gave a ‘virtuoso’ performance that reflected his great leadership qualities. He encouraged, inspired and gave an in-depth understanding of the Smart Saver campaigns. His definitive approach to the whole program makes it an incentive for his downlines to follow suit. To listen to the appreciative comments of Chooi Ping, Umi and Irene for his guidance and assistance given over the years is a testimony of how good leadership can bless others. I had no doubts as I listened to him speak that he would be a great “Achiever” in the programs that we have cast for New Life. He is a model of consistency and high performance.

10…Five “Bs” to reflect on
I added a few inspired words to close the session. The five words beginning with ‘B’ were used to reflect New Life’s desire to be a channel of:
· Benefit
· Benevolence
· Blessing
· Building
· Branding

11…Looking for Leaders who will rise up to the challenges
We are indeed looking for IBOs who will rise up to the challenges of the present times. I have no doubt that we can beat the ravages of the present economic slump and create success stories that will rise above the storm. I am challenged by the story of the Eagle’s 150 day retreat.

12…The Eagle’s 150 days of Renewal
The eagle has to make a decision when it reaches the age of around 35-40 years. It has to take 150 days off and retreat to the mountains to begin a journey of change and renewal.

13…Pain is part of the journey to great success
The 150 days will begin with the Eagle painfully breaking its beak which grown too curved and ineffective on the craggy stones. Then a new stronger beak will form. Once it is ready, the painful process of breaking its claws which have grown too long to grasp its prey will begin. It will use its new-formed beak to help to do this. Once the claws have been broken up, new stronger ones will form. Then it will work on its feathers which have grown too heavy to fly efficiently. Both its beak and claws will be used to tear off the old feathers. It is a tough and terribly painful process but it has to be done because the Eagle knows its destiny and its purpose. Pain is a part of life’s successes and it is a journey that must be taken instead of being avoided. After all the feathers have been torn off, new and lighter ones will grow. When it is ready, the Eagle will take off in flight.

14…The later years will be much more fruitful than the former years
It’s second lease of flight and life is tremendous. It will fly much higher and much further than before the ‘change’. This is where it will fly above the storm clouds and soar higher than before in majestic flight as it catches strong gusts of wind. This can be your period of change – if you will just be renewed and motivated in your ‘own’ 150 days. The New Life Smart Savers campaign can be your 150 days.

15…Rise up and see the glories of a new dawn
Take up the challenge and allow yourself to be powerfully changed. Walk with a clear hope on this journey of success and see where it can lead you. I have no doubts that many of you can see the powerful fulfillment of your dreams and nothing will be able to stop you if you focus and ‘relentlessly’ pursue this goal of financial success. Even as you read this latest article, allow the stirrings of success to move you forward strongly. Feel the power of your desires and dreams. Don’t let it die; instead let it live and let it rise up to the high heights above the clouds of mediocrity. God has made both you and I for success – don’t ever doubt this!!!!!

We hope to see you at the top when we arrive at Genting Highlands for the New Life Gala Convention in November. God bless you all!

1…BREAKTHROUGHS CAN STILL HAPPEN
This morning I was so happy when I persuaded my dear wife to meet Annie Ma (just another name for one of my dearest pal, “Ene-ma”). Yes, she did it!!!! Isn’t it amazing? You know, we all can persuade others very well but getting ‘the’ wife to do it is a real breakthrough.

2…WHAT CAN BE BETTER THAN A REAL-LIFE TESTIMONY?
I had almost given up on her. But then she saw me losing weight around the most vital of places (total body weight loss of 5 kilos at the time of writing) and then she saw me having extra energy levels and of course, she saw me doing other things with renewed vigor as well (I am not allowed to talk about it so you use your imagination, OK?). CK knows what I am talking about. Any further comment than this and I will have to be quarantined.

3…SO WHAT IS IT ABOUT SEX??

Anyway, so what is it with talking about sex. I didn’t realize that Malaysians were so ‘puritanical’. When I spoke about the side benefits of DRP, I did not know I will stir so much comments and responses. Thank God most of them were favorable and many went on to say that they will do the DRP soon because I suspect there are more men losing their virility than those who are not (Hahaha!)

4…THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE

There were one or two who were a bit aghast when they read my articles so I will ask some stupid questions in this article,. Please blame it on the DRP if you find it a bit off. What would you do if your 10 year old son came up to you and asked, “Daddy, what is sex?’ Would you answer and say, “O, it is something that people do to get babies.” But then he asks on, “But what is this thing that people do?” Would you answer and say, “It is like getting connected… like touching each other in a special way!” Your son will probably next go to a girl and tell her, “I better not touch you a lot because if I do, you will have a baby!”

You can’t give answers like this because you will create the wrong impressions. You will need to give honest answers. Extend it further. Your son comes up to you and say, “Daddy why were you on top of Mummy this morning when I came to your room?” Would you say, “O, Mummy had a tummy ache and I was trying to cure her tummy ache by pressing on her stomach.” What will such answers do to our generation. Is it any wonder then that most of the people in our generation know so little about sex and then when they get on the Internet, they get a perverted view of sex because they were told all the wrong and silly things. We have to speak the truth and the truth will set us free! Enough said on this sensitive subject – but I wills ay more when I next write.

5…A GREAT ROAD TRIP TO THE NORTH

We had such a great time on our travels to Ipoh, Penang, Alor Star and Taiping. The response was really great. So many wanted to consider the charity option and there were many Stockist applicants. The business is picking up and the Smart Savers program will take root and grow. Join us on the next roadshow. Irene had such a great time signing people even though she had to take a bus from KL to Ipoh; then from Ipoh to Penang; and then from Penang to Alor Star. Whhheewww! I get a bit tired just writing about her persistence. She will surely succeed beyond her wildest imagination and she will deserve it all.

6…THE DRP OOMMPPHH IN LIFE

Over the week-end, Sean and I went Bowling and guess what? With the DRP, I have more ooommmppphh in my tank. I scored a high game of 233 pins. What a feeling!! Talk about the high points, The other high point was when I taught Sean and Leon how to do the back somersault from an 8 feet high platform into the pool in GOL. Sean being the excellent sportsman that he is, did it almost on cue. But guess what? Leon who is quieter and more reserved tried it and executed the back somersault perfectly too. He was captured on video and now he has posted it on Youtube. He couldn’t believe what he had done. Now it is for his father to also do what he had done!!!!!............ if he dares………

7…THE MOUNT KINABALU CLIMB IS ON……

The Mount Kinabalu climb is on and Dr Lynn Tan will be making the climb as well. The good news is that we will make the climb from 5-8 July 2009. The bad news is that all the places have been quickly snapped up. So for all intending climbers who have not been confirmed, we will do another climb for you sometime later……

8…EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE…..

You know – in life, everything is possible to those who believe. It is about acquiring the skills and having a great mental attitude. Then you will shoot for the sky!!

We are excited!!

ARTICLE 3 - OF DRP AND SELF

03 April 2009

I went for another round of DRP this morning and I tried mixing Flaxseed oil which my friend UMI said was good for Blood pressure. You know the saying, “When the going gets desperate, the man will try anything that looks like a remedy.”DRP time is best for deep and quiet reflection. In fact for a while this morning as I lay there feeling the coffee mixture flowing into my intestines, I thought that it might also be appropriate to call DRP “Deep Reflection of Personal thoughts.”

Having an alien article stuck into my most vulnerable part is quite a “humbling” experience and as I lay there, I thought about how inflated our egos and our own selfish interests usually are. I look at the way people react and decide on things and I see “self” written all over their actions. I look at the many troubles all around us and see how selfish and self-righteous we all are. I see the source of many of our problems and they all point to the same thing – self! I am sure we will feel such feelings all fading away when we find ourselves lying down in the DRP program in a position of weakness with a tube stuck right into our ‘anus’.

As I lay there this morning, I thought back to the many situational problems that had arisen in the past. Not so long ago there was a corporate problem that I was involved in. The General Manager of the corporation saw everyone else at fault and pointed her finger at everyone else. Later I met the owner of the company and she too blamed everyone else including the General Manager. All they saw was their own “right”. How sad!

Recently also, I had the chance to listen to the contentions of two different parties in a family talking of their own views and positions. All I saw was an easily ‘resolvable’ situation that could not be resolved because of the barriers of pride and stubborn insistence of views and positions. Love and forgiveness could have so easily been keys to restoration and reconciliation but they were sadly shut off…How sad!

Again, I saw so clearly in my mind this young girl who had worked for me when she was only 18. Her parents had divorced and she was angry because she had this deep longing for a ‘complete’ set of parents. She lacked a father’s love and she blamed her mother for the problems in her life. She was always fighting with her mother having been brought up by her Grandmother. There was bitter acrimony and it brought deep resentment and anger. It could have been resolved if one of them had subordinated her feelings of betrayal and selfish justification. It was all so easy for someone outside looking in. But it was not to be. On a trip out to a remote Interior town, her mother crashed her car and died shortly afterwards.

The young girl was devastated – wracked by guilt and a longing for restitution that could never be met again. To this day, when she goes back to her mother’s grave, she would plead for forgiveness and restoration in a cry that would bear no answer. WHY IS IT THAT WE MUST LEAVE ISSUES UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE? WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE MOVED BY SELFISH MOVES AND SELF-CENTEREDNESS?

I was really sad over what I had heard the night before – that two sisters I know so well had quarreled badly with each other. It pained me to see two persons who really love each other falling into a bad fight because matters were left to deteriorate until self took over. A little more of love, a little more of understanding and a little more of forgiveness would have gone a long way. Now it will leave a bad taste in both of their mouths and the anger and seething injustice will cast long scars in their hearts. I wish they will try DRP sometimes and think more clearly lying on the floor in a position of humility.

I was fortified in my mind determined to make a small move for the right values. As I moved to clean up after my DRP, I went up to my wife who had caused the toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms to be clogged up. Usually, I would not be able to resist some really sarcastic and caustic comments on her seeming stupidity in dropping her spectacles into the toilet bowl. Realizing that somehow I must change, I went up to her and asked her to forgive me for the many times that I had just picked on her for mistakes that were inadvertent. She looked at me with a relief that made me feel so good. I left for the office knowing that I must aspire to be more generous and more selfless so that I can bring blessings to those around me. Perhaps others will be persuaded to love more and forgive more.

ARTICLE 2 - CONFESSIONS OF A “DRP-HOLIC”

DISCLAIMER: This article was written when the writer was doing his DRP and afterwards. Under such influence, he may have experienced some euphoric feeling. Feeling optimistic, he could have written more than he should. Readers are consequently advised not to be overtly sensitive when they read such articles. Just enjoy what has been written and readers will get significant value from what is written.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: This article is E-RATED, meaning some of the contents may not be suitable for children and young people below the age of 18. Parents are advised to take note of this.

1… IT’S ENE-MA AGAIN
This period, I am waking up to the image of Annie Mah (oops wrong spelling – it’s Ene-Ma) beckoning me to lie down and be penetrated again. After a late night (not out drinking but out working), I woke up groggily and found my way to the kitchen. It was almost as if I had to head in that direction each morning. For a guy who steps into the kitchen about twice a year in the past, this is quite amazing. The routine which I am now so used to – boil the coffee, make the 2 cleansing drinks , sieve the coffee, take it to the bathroom, get ready the other ‘stuff’, pour it into the bag, lie down on the right, apply Vitamin E cream on the right parts and then stick it in, open the valve and feel the nice coffee solution flowing in is just…… “shiok”.

2… WHAT A FEELING – 8 POUNDS LESS!
This morning, I had stood on the weighing scales and I was truly amazed to see that I had lost 8 pounds since I started the DRP. The last time I weighed like at this level was when I was 34 years old. Imagine 25 long years ago. What is so remarkable is that the weight has stayed off. Just 2 days ago, I was with CK’s mother who is more than 80 years old and her first exclamation was, “what happened to you? You are so much slimmer!” What a great feeling! An 80 year old woman noticed......

3… THE MIRROR TELLS THE STORY
What more can I say? After the scales, I went to stand in front of the mirror and for a long while, I thought I liked what I saw. All my friends know me as a Sportsman but in the last few years, few have commented favorably on my sporting prowess probably because after looking at my ‘pouch’, few would have thought that I had maintained that image. So, after what seemed many long years, I can stand tall and be happy with my image again. What was really significant was that the pounds were lost in the right place! (CK, one up on you!)

4… THE REAL TAKE – A STORY ABOUT MALE EGOS
For many men, the ‘male’ ego is their biggest problem. Their own physical prowess and their sexual capabilities top the list in things that matter most to them. So many arguments have raged about what is deemed to be men’s most important organ. Of course, it is not the brain. It is “you-know-where”! You can criticize a man about anything else but tell a man he is incompetent in the area of sexual performance and you have an enemy for life. Criticize him about capability, prowess, size and performance and you have triggered an avalanche of recriminations.

5… IT IS SIMPLY THEIR ‘MAKE-UP’
Men are made this way. They have to assert their male supremacy. Many men, even the mild-mannered and docile ones get seriously agitated if you so much as suggest that something is wrong with their virility. It is that important to them. The problem therefore is that many of them will never seriously admit their own deficiencies in this important area. Most with problems will look for quiet secret sources to redress their problems. To let another guy know about it would be a disaster. So such behavior is great for New Life as I will be talking about why DRP is a ‘real’ solution.

6… LET ME QUALIFY AND ADD AN EXPLANATION HERE
It would be appropriate for me to qualify and add a small explanation here so that women can encourage themselves to look at things other than the physical and the superficial. The best lovers in the world are usually not the biggest nor the best looking guys. In fact, the opposite is often correct. Men who are really great lookers and wonderfully gifted may be so enthralled with their own qualities that they are actually ‘in love’ with themselves. Such men often don’t make great lovers because they cannot focus on the desires of others as they are too taken up with themselves. Great loving is not about performance alone. It is about consideration, patience, having a desire to please and placing the interests and feelings of their partner above themselves. It is about giving and not worrying about taking. It is about romance and attention to details. This is just an addendum to encourage those who think that I have not covered their quieter perceptions.

7… THE BEST WILL LOSE THEIR “MARBLES”
Yes! This saying is so true. Whether we like it or not, we cannot stop the hands of time turning its back on us. Age will surely bring along with it the ravages of disease and sicknesses. Deterioration is the steady move that afflicts everyone above 40. You may in the ‘pink’ of health but as you age, you will start having ‘faults’ and problems. Sexually, it has been proven that your performance will go down quite sharply after 50 and you will have the urge to do it less and less.

8… THE “TISSUE BOX” INDICATOR
For many years, my wife and I had the Tissue box strategically placed above our bed-side so that we could turn to it for use whenever we had our urges. I remember when the replenishment of the Tissue box was really fast because the use was high. Then, it got a bit slower when we hit our fifties but still we had to go buy new Tissue boxes quite often. This is the Tissue box Indicator that tells its own story. When its replacement slows down, you will have no choice but to admit it. What about you, my friends? If your tissue box has been there for the past 6 months without need for replacement, you have to seriously read this article until the end.

9… THE “MOST INNOVATIVE EXCUSE” INDICATOR
Unfortunately the cycle of life brings us further on down the hill. Whenever an overture is made by the wife for some physical intimacy, that is the time when the next indicator becomes very relevant. This is the “Most Innovative Excuse” Indicator. After the lights are out, when the wife turns to her husband and lovingly caresses his hand, the reasons are obvious. It can’t be to help massage a bruise on your hand. It is a signal that you can go further if you like. My friend, if you start giving reasons like the following listed below, you have a serious problem:

· I am really tired today and I have a terrible headache
· I don’t know why I feel like a flu coming…..
· You know true love is not only about the physical…..
· Love is more than just sex, sex, sex, right???
· Can we make it some other night?
· The knot on my trousers is stuck and I can’t undo it

10… IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE
If nothing much is done, the whole situation can only get worse with age. Sexual intimacy will get less and less frequent and the relationship will carry more and more evasive moves. This is where men will need to look for other ‘aphrodisiacs’ to help. Most men won’t mind paying ‘an arm and a leg’ to get relief for such a situation. Is it any wonder then that Viagra and other Viagra-like products sell so well. The problem is really widespread but few ever bring it to the surface. Unlike women who won’t mind sharing about their problems to find a solution, men will just keep secrets like this to themselves.

11… THE NATO PROBLEM & THE “WHERE-GOT-PROBLEM” SYNDROMME
“Got problem-meh?” I can’t see any problem? For others, it is NATO (No Action Talk Only). Either way the problem sees no resolution and it is sad because many men don’t know where to look for answers. If you are reading this article and belong to some part of the description carried, you are blessed today because I will be giving you a “real” solution at the end of this article and it is not just talk only. It is tough being a man because we have got too much of the “True-love-is-more-than-sex” fallback plan. When all else fails, men simply resign themselves to just accept their situation and the problem is hidden away.

12… OTHER TELLING SIGNS OF THE FAILING MALE EGO
Believe me. If you increasingly have problems with things like your keys, you need to do something fast. If you lose your keys and turn to her and say sarcastically, “Where are my keys? I told you so many times before not to touch my things and now you have moved my keys,” only to find later that it is actually in your pocket, you got a real problem. How about your wife turning to you and saying, “Darling you used to bite me on my neck so gently….” and you start walking away to the bathroom. Of course, she will not understand you if you do this and will probably ask you angrily, “Why are you walking to the bathroom when you are supposed to bite my neck?” If you answer, “…..to take my false teeth,” you have confirmed your need for some solution.

13… WHEN ALL THESE THINGS HAPPEN, OTHERS WILL FOLLOW SUIT......
Man will always cling on to the last vestiges of hope. Some may think that Will-power can help but it won’t. Some may think that the PABX (Personal arousal before Execution) system will help but it will not be effective enough. There is a limit to all these techniques – they will help improve the situation a bit and then fall back again. For the philandering men, the wife may be quietly happy to see the end of his philandering ways but of course, she may, after a while still want satisfaction from her spouse. (look out for this in another DRP-holic article).

14… MEN WITH SUCH NEEDS WILL BUY.... A LOT
Sellers will be able to sell almost anything that is a solution to such men for their problems. Men with such problems are in a situation of knowing that their time is limited. Many will just go for the next “take”; others may even trade in their older models for new young ones. A fortune may be spent for such temporary respite but it is only delaying the inevitable. Their problems may even move faster because of the unnecessary pressures that such activities bring. Black hair will turn to grey and grey hair will turn white. It will be attempts at correction but such answers won’t last.

15… THERE IS SUCH AN EASY AND CLEAR SOLUTION
It has taken me a long route to share the solution with you. I got it when I was lying down with my backside sticking up, on the floor accompanied by “Ene-Ma”. The solution is simple. We are like a car – driving thousands of miles everyday has taken its toll. The vehicle is now full of carbon deposits and the parts are all worn off. Changing one part here and improving one part there (like taking exotic health stuff) won’t give the car a new lease of life. It will only prolong the problem and still complicate matters. The solution is to have a major overhaul and de-carbonize the car of all its terrible carbon deposits that are like our toxic waste. This is the only way to see a new lease of life for the car. It is the same with us. THE ANSWER IS IN DETOXIFICATION. TRY NEW LIFE’S DRP AND SEE IF IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU A WHOLE NEW PLATFORM OF GOODNESS AND VIBRANCE!

16… IT WILL GIVE “NEWNESS” – AND THIS IS THE KEY!
From this point onwards, I will speak from experience. Once we clean up all the filth and the rubbish that we have accumulated in us over the years, we will feel a ‘newness’ spreading all over us. We can only feel great after DRP and that is why I do the DRP so faithfully and consistently. It is just plain simple common sense that we will have to clean up our bodies before it can be efficient. If you really feel you must do something about your health or improve your vibrancy, come and see my friend and companion, “Ene-Ma”. She will really make you feel new and push back your aging process!!

17…AND NOW FOR THE HIGHLIGHT......
Let me say here and now that DRP is probably the best aphrodisiac of all without it being branded an aphrodisiac. Believe me, it is great for promoting marital relations because if your wife were to turn to you in the middle of the night and caress your hand, I can assure you, you will immediately put up your hand (and whatever else) and say, “I am here darling – willing and ready!” (with DRP). It is that good!!!

This morning after my DRP, I went up to my wife who was still asleep, caressed her hand and said, “Can I?” Taken aback, she surprisingly but willingly nodded her head. Isn’t that great for building healthy marital relationships. It really works......!!

Now you know why I was late for work this morning. If you don’t believe me, ask my wife...

ARTICLE 1 - MY FIRST DETOXIFICATION

4…Relegating pride to a lowly place
Imagine now being confronted with a choice of going for coffee enema or quietly declining it by giving a lot of ‘poor’ excuses. Now that I had entered into a working arrangement with both CK and Lynn, I thought that pride should take a back seat and so it was, I made that decision to proceed. Outside of my decision to climb Mt Everest in three years time, this must have been the most deliberative decision. It was almost like climbing to the highest heights or shall I say to the lowest depths of a dark abyss.

5…Putting it off until there was no more reason to do so
Still a decision is a decision. Even after making the decision, I deferred the “penetration” date, each time giving an excuse for doing it tomorrow. After almost 5 such tomorrows, I decided that putting it off would be bad. So the stage was set on the night of 16th February. I prepared all that was needed, read up a few times on the process and went to bed early at 11-45 pm (this is really early for someone who normally sleeps at 2-00 am)

6…Nightmares of gigantic enemas......
Sleep did not come easy. “I would have my backside pricked in a few hours time,” I thought. How would it feel and what if it perforated my precious hemorrhoids. I tossed and turned and prior to sleep, I thought I had a nightmare of Lynn and CK chasing after me with a gigantic enema.

7…D-day had come
At 6-35 am, the alarm clock rung and I reluctantly woke up. Then I remembered, this is “D-day”. Poor backside, I thought. I am going to do a reverse flow for you today.

8…There was chaos everywhere...... & stupidity
In between boiling the water for the coffee enema and preparing the cleansing drink and tissue-building drink, I spilt the water and saw Herbal Klentz spread all over the table. I was running here and there and then I operated the enema bag trying to coax the water to flow out. I turned it this way and that and looking at the opening closely, I suddenly opened it right and it squirted into my face. Talk about feeling stupid – I just felt it all.

9…It was not so bad – all it did was take much longer......
My wife had offered to help me but in my lingering pride, I told her I can handle it all by myself. Miss Kew, our GM had told me that it will all take only a pretty short time to get it all ready. But she didn’t reckon with a fumbling and ‘flow-incompetent’ person. After what seemed an eternity, I was finally ready. The moment of reckoning had come.

10…There was a “real” reason – me!
As I pondered on why I was really doing this, I finally admitted that I had more reason than just wanting to know how a coffee enema will feel like. Over the past three months, I had somehow gone on a ‘food-gorging’ drive and I saw my blood-pressure climbing sharply until it went beyond just high. At the same time, my constant monitoring of my blood sugar levels showed it creeping up. Something was definitely not right.

11…Facing up to the truth is tough and the truth hurts
When someone like me who is acknowledged by all concerned to be really fit and super healthy, keeping up that image can be a terrible task. No one expected me to have health problems but I had them. I knew that if I did not take some drastic action fast, I will have serious problems. I believe that it was God’s grace that had brought me into New Life at such a time and place. Besides the job position, it was also for my health. I had turned a blind eye to my “real” condition too long.

12…Alas, Sex symbols no more!
Then I thought about how when we were young, we had looked, felt and acted so good. As I looked at the mirror this morning prior to the enema in my full “birthday” suit, I thought, “What a poor reflection of a once-proud sportsman. Then I thought of CK and his ‘huge’ pouch and wondered where the 'once sex-symbols' had gone to. With such a longing for a chance to regain the image that I had lost and with a desire for great health again, I moved into the next part with a somewhat reluctant relish.

13…The need to open valves to get the right flows?
After lubricating the head of the tube with Vitamin cream, I gingerly inserted the 'head' of the tube into my ‘poor’ anus. Searching for the best way in, I looked at the bag and saw nothing move. Then it dawned on me that I had not opened the valve for the mixture to flow through. Talk about “dumb”. It almost felt like a 90 year old trying to have sex.

14…A process that felt better than it seemed
Then I finally got it right and as I felt the water flowing through, I paused to remember that feeling. “Not so bad,” I thought and it was. As I adjusted the tube to make sure it did not jump out of place, I was at peace. After a while I learnt to relax and took up a book to read. Somehow, I just stayed focused on the same line for many minutes. Then the coffee solution reached almost the end and I felt a sense of relief.

15…What had gone in should not come out......
I had 12 more minutes to go – holding in what had gone in and I thought, “It should be easy enough.” I had also prepared lots of tissue paper on standby expecting some of what had gone in to spill out. Additionally, the pillows were out, a huge bucket was ready, the Peroxide bottle was at hand. “I was probably ready to douse the “fire” in case it shot out,” I thought.

16…Holding on despite the movements and spasms
Then the spasms came. The first one was strong. I almost yelled out an exclamation of expletives that would have correctly described what it was. Then another one came and I almost spilled it out. I was holding on and I thought if Miss Kew could do it, there was no reason why I could not do it. I held on for dear life. Then the spasms came more and more. My eyes remained fixed on the watch. And then it was up.

17…The flow of toxic filth and then relief
I had done it. As I ran to the toilet bowl, what came out was pure relief. Maybe “joy” would have been more appropriate. As the contents of my body came shooting out again and again, I had this wonderful feeling that a lot of filth and dirt and the accumulation of years of eating abuse were coming out. I could not believe what I saw. There were pieces of all kinds of shapes and sizes that I could not believe was inside of me. How could there be so much of such filth in one body? Then I thought of President Obama.

18...Of President Obama and Coffee enema......
"What has President Obama got to do with coffee enemas?" you may ask. "Lots!" I say. President Obama said in the more than $800 billion bail-out plan, "We have to get rid of the toxic assets." That is exactly right for all of us. For our health to come true and for our body to regain its true healing capabilities, we have to first get rid of our toxic assets. Then true health may finally really come.

19…Excretion never felt this good before, so did the diet
I have never felt so good excreting out waste in my body. It was a fantastic feeling to know that I was finally doing something right with my body. The rest of the day, I went on the diet recommended. I thought it would be difficult but after the enema, all the rest was not an issue. I did the Coffee enema again tonight and although I have a slightly sore “backside”, I am happy. I am already looking forward to tomorrow and the day after and the day after.

20…I will do what is right and and take on the 'new life' with God’s help!
I will do what is right and I know that what is right is to clean up the filth in my body and give it a chance to do what God has made it to do – keep me healthy and giving me 'new life'. I will let you know at the end of the period of my detoxification how good it has been. New Life's Detoxification program is unlike any other health remedy I have ever experienced. It is more than just excellent. It is mandatory for all who would like the great 'new' life!!!

THE SECOND DAY – SO MUCH EASIER

21…The second day seemed so much easier
Today, my second day of Detoxification came in a more relaxed fashion. I had already broken the barrier. Penetration had taken place and there were no longer the lingering doubts. The virginal feeling had gone. I woke up at 6-45 am and stumbled to the kitchen. I had reviewed the flow process just like I did when I studied Management Science in the University of Malaya. I remembered a little of my Critical Path Analysis lectures and decided that there must surely be a more efficient way to reduce the preparation time for the program.

22…”System” can help make the process much easier
I handled the coffee preparation much faster and was amazed to see how easy it was. Then I found that the Cleansing drink and Tissue-building drink had a common base – Honey and Apple-Cider Vinegar so I mixed 8 parts of it for the 4 sessions that I needed to drink of these 2 concoctions for the day. All I had to do was add Herbal Klenz powder to one part and 10 Spirulina tablets to the other part and presto! I had it all ready for 4 sessions.

23…Drawing lessons from the past to ‘problem-solve’
When I came to the coffee enema part, I reflected on what had happened the previous day. The coffee took almost 10 minutes to flow in and Kew had told me that it would be all gone in 2-3 minutes. I pondered on this for some time and knew that there had to be a better way. Then I thought to the times of my youth and suddenly it dawned on me! We do not need to fear inserting it all the way (pardon the pun) and so I did! Talk of drawing lessons from all sources. Because of my hemorrhoids, I had constricted the muscles too much and so I had inserted the tube in only halfway. The hemorrhoids must have stemmed the flow.

24…Enlightened, I tried something new
I figured out that I would need to lubricate the anal opening with plenty of Vitamin E cream besides lubricating the head of the tube. That was what I did and again it worked beautifully. As I saw the coffee solution dropping its level in the bag, I knew it was working and I was pleased as punch.

25…Changing venues & moving out......
The day before, I had done the first enema cramped in the guest bathroom, thinking it is better to soil it (if it happened) than to soil my own bathroom. When I did not spill anything, I took one more step further and did it outside the guest bathroom on the floor armed with all the necessary equipment – Hydrogen peroxide, wads of tissue paper, a wet cloth (just in case), 2 magazines (in case I was relaxed enough to read), my reading glasses, a big bucket (to store the end of the enema after it was over), a towel rolled to the side to warm me against the hard cold floor, my mobile phone (in case someone tried to contact me), Vitamin E cream and a nice cushion. Again I did quite well. There was no mess and I went through the required 12 minutes.

26…Moving even further......
This morning, I decided to venture even further. I thought having access to TV programs while I had my backside immobile was a better way to pass time. So I re-located to the hall and decided that I had what it takes to improve the process of enema. Armed with the same items and the TV remote, I found myself watching my favorite programs while the flow went on and it was great.

27…Then the spasms came stronger than before......
Everything went well until the bag emptied. The first spasm came and I handled it well. Then it came again and again. It was the 15 minute endurance that I had to go through. It was like running the long-distance races that I used to do so well in. As the spasms came stronger, there were a few times that I thought I would burst out. Then at the 13 minute mark, I held it in until it happened. I felt something coming through so I got up and ran and hit the toilet bowl as it “phhhrrrrrtttttt” and whooshed out. I felt wonderful feeling it running out. So much came out that a slightly twisted thought came to mind. “Almost felt better than sex,” I thought and I had to remind myself to cut off such thoughts.

28…What a sight!
Before I flushed off the filth, I took some pictures of it and I was amazed. I saw some scraped off lumps and some dark lumps and many other ugly unsightly stools. I came to the conclusion that this must be the result of years of eating abuse. I knew that I was blessed to have stumbled upon Coffee Enema at this stage of my life. I wonder what would have happened if I had not done coffee enema. I shudder to think of the consequences because there were already so many tell-tale signs of distress. I know my own body and I knew that something serious was happening.

The DRP could not have come at a better time. Praise God!

THE DAYS AFTER – HOOKED AND CONVINCED

29...Am I glad it is over or am I?
I can’t believe it is over. It was not so long ago that I was anxious and nervous about the whole process and now I sit here typing knowing it is over. I had 5 days on the Detoxification (DRP) and it was 5 days of varying emotions. I started with fear and trepidation and ended knowing that I will continue doing it until a ripe old age.

30…It was never a choice?
For me, my health condition was urgent enough to make me know that I had to move into something urgent to help me in my condition. I had very high blood pressure and my brother who is one of these pseudo-health experts (and such experts can be dangerous because they don’t know that they really don’t know well) thinks that the thousand thorns I hit in Sabah 4 months ago had caused my problems with the toxins that were injected. He could be right but the reality was that I needed to bring down my blood pressure.

I was simply amazed by the results.

· The day before DRP began, the blood pressure read 196/119
· After Day 1, the blood pressure read 175/109
· After Day 2, the blood pressure read 155/99
· After Day 3, the blood pressure read 141/92
· After Day 5, the blood pressure read 139/90

The next thing that amazed me was my weight loss. I lost 2 kilos in 5 days. “83 kilos” it read and this was the first time after 20 years that I had gone below 84 kilos. What a thrill!!

Then, what was even more amazing was the condition of my “piles” (or hemorrhoids). It actually shrunk!!!

31…Why are people unwilling to pay the price when it is for them?
I am perfectly convinced that the DRP is for everyone who wants great health. I am now looking forward to my next session which should be in 2 weeks’ time. As I ponder on my reasons for now wanting to do DRP so regularly, I wondered why people would not want to do something so effective and so remedial to stay in good health.

All the money in the world will make no difference if health is not there. I look at many of my friends and I see them abusing their lives by living the wrong lifestyles and living in excess. You cannot abuse your body without facing the consequences some time down the road. If you have not been living right, now is the time for you to make the corrections. Otherwise when the storms come, it will be too late.

I will never forget my very good friend KC who drank, smoked, stayed up late and simply abused his physical body. When I told him one day that he should not go to such excesses, he simply laughed and said, “Why worry? Live and enjoy. Tomorrow can take care of itself!” Such fatalistic thinking is sad. Not too long down the road, he was diagnosed with liver cancer and his whole life fell apart. He could not take it and he broke down badly. All the regrets were futile because it was simply too late. I cried at his passing away because I lost a good friend. He could so easily have avoided such an end so soon.

32…The truth is the best testimony
My friend, if you are living a life that has not being very healthy and the signs and symptoms are all there, take action now! What are these signs and symptoms. Let me outline it for you:

· You are frequently tired and feel weary
· You are always sleepy and feel unhealthy
· Your blood pressure reading is high
· You frequently fall sick
· Your bowel movements are inconsistent
· You have been diagnosed as sick
· You don’t feel good after food
· You have health problems that you know of
· You simply don’t feel right

With the above symptoms, you probably need to detoxify and cleanse your body of all the wrong things that have been accumulated there. Try it and see the difference! What have you got to lose?

33…The fears of detoxification were never really valid
After doing the DRP program where I detoxified my body, I realized that all my fears before the process were largely unfounded. The alien tube entering my body, the pierced backside syndrome, the trouble of preparation, the purchase of materials and fruits, the many health mixtures all faded into oblivion as I thought about how easy it really was. Now, I can finish preparing all the items for detoxification in a fifth of the time that I originally took and for someone who seldom boiled water or cut an apple for years, it was definitely not as bad as it seemed. In fact I am enjoying it very much and my wife is also happy that I am finally doing some housework after 40 years of not entering the kitchen.

34…It will be a life of change from this point on......
I have made my resolutions. With the fantastic results of just one 5 day session of DRP, I have resolved to change my lifestyle and eating habits from now on. I will work on my body and my “abs” besides eating healthily and exercising much. So don’t be surprised if you see me with 6 “abs’ one day and looking like a teenager. What a thought!!! I guess discipline must go along whatever we do in a program. I just can’t see myself with a huge belly talking about how good DRP is when the image I present is so different from the image I should transcend. I intend to keep on playing basketball, football, badminton and squash and it will be a blessing if I can do it well with DRP helping me on and with God’s grace to depend on.

35…It will be my mission to share about the goodness of DRP
I have always believed in sharing the good things in my life with friends. The DRP program which requires the Coffee enema to be done is the best solution (without medicine) for a person with poor health or with poor fitness levels. I will recommend it far and wide!

I have come away from the DRP with my precious hind-part intact. My bowels are clean and my body feels good. I think my wife is almost convinced. She is convinced because she says I am definitely slimmer and I look better. She also said that she is convinced because last night was really good. It seemed almost like a second honeymoon. But that again is another story that I will have to tell some other time......

The DRP is one of the best steps of cleansing for people with serious ailments. The testimonies of those who have done it is amazingly diverse.
